Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date of order. If 7 days have gone by since your delivered date of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # to initiate a return or exchange. Kevinpsychedelik.com will provide a return label to you via email.
As all products on Kevinpsychedelik.com are custom made to the purchaser, several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged, with the exception of defects. If your item has a defect, please email email@example.com with photos of the item defected to process a return/exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Kevinpsychedelik.com will provide a return label.
Kevinpsychedelik.com cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If an item is shipped to an incorrect or invalid location and disposed of, unfortunately no refund or replacement can be offered. Please replace your order with the correct information for the new item.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping is non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If eligible for an exchange, please see below.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with the exception of clothing items. If you need to exchange a clothing item due to sizing issue, it must be for the same item and design type. Send us an email at email@example.com with your order # and exchange request. Kevinpsychedelik.com will provide a return label for exchanges. Please note, replacement orders will be placed once the item(s) is(are) returned in good order. Please allow normal processing time per the Shipping Info section to receive your new item. A new tracking # will be sent do the corresponding email that requested the exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
